Believer (Prototype)

Believer is a top-down survival game that blends fast-paced action with strategic base building. Currently in its prototype phase, the game focuses on testing a core loop of combat, resource collection, and defensive construction.

Gameplay Mechanics

The game transitions between two primary modes to challenge your survival skills:

• Defend Phase: Engage in real-time combat against waves of enemies (such as skeletons) using a melee swing attack.
• Build Phase: Use the grid-based system to place structures strategically across the map.
• Economy: Defeat enemies to earn Gold, which is then used to fund your constructions during the Build Phase.
• Infrastructure: Construct buildings like Farms, which produce essential items to buff your character.

Current State

As a prototype, this version of Believer is intended to showcase the fundamental mechanics and atmospheric direction of the project. Players will experience basic 3D environments, wave-based progression, and an early look at the UI and resource management systems.
